Module 1: Follow-up Mindset & Pipeline Foundations
Module 1 establishes the foundation for the entire Lofty follow-up system by focusing on both mindset and structure. It explains why consistent follow-up is the true driver of business growth and reframes follow-up as an act of service rather than sales pressure. The module addresses the most common emotional barriers agents face, such as fear of bothering people, uncertainty about what to say, and feeling like there is not enough time, and replaces those beliefs with a more confident, purpose-driven approach. From there, the module introduces the full pipeline framework inside Lofty, including how new leads enter the system, why speed matters in the first contact window, and how leads move through the 3-Day and 11-Day follow-up sequences. It also explains the purpose of each pipeline stage, including A, B, and C leads, long-term relationship categories like Top 50/Top 100 and SOI, and how unresponsive contacts eventually move into Prospects and the Pond. The module closes by reinforcing why structure matters: it removes guesswork, creates daily rhythm, and allows agents to operate consistently with confidence.

Module 2: Your Daily Workflow
Module 2 introduces the People tab in Lofty as the primary workspace for daily follow-up and pipeline management. It explains how all contacts and pipelines are organized in one place and how the pipeline tabs mirror the follow-up stages established in Module 1. The module covers how automated views like “Needs Call” work, how Lofty uses follow-up cadences to surface the right contacts at the right time, and the correct daily order of operations: 3-Day Follow-Up, 11-Day Follow-Up, then ongoing relationship pipelines. Agents also learn the importance of the Owner vs Agent fields, why the company must remain the Owner for automations to function correctly, and how to customize table views for efficiency. By the end of the module, learners understand how to read the contact table, prioritize outreach, and use the People tab as their daily command center.
